40’s U.S.ミリタリー ヴィンテージリメイク トートバッグ

1944年製のアメリカ軍「1st TYPE」ダッフルバッグを解体し、再構築したPPFオリジナルの一点物トートバッグです。

80年以上前の実物軍用生地を使用しており、当時の「U.S.」ステンシルがしっかり残った特別な仕上がり。使い込まれたキャンバスの質感と、リアルなミリタリーの雰囲気が融合しています。

ハンドルには、当時のショルダーストラップを解体して再利用。現代の素材では再現できない武骨な風合いとタフさを持っています。

柔らかくなったヴィンテージ生地には、内側から糊付けで補強を行い、しっかりとしたハリと持ち心地を実現しました。

また、開口部には90年代米軍のテープを使用し、その内部にロープを芯として仕込んでいます。
補強と立体感を兼ね備え、使い込むほどに生まれる“アタリ”の変化もお楽しみいただけます。

40’s U.S. Military Vintage Remake Tote Bag

This one-of-a-kind tote bag is an original PPF piece, crafted by deconstructing a rare 1st TYPE U.S. military duffel bag from 1944.

Made with authentic military canvas that’s over 80 years old, the bag proudly features original “U.S.” stencil markings on the surface—showcasing its true military roots and rugged character.

The handles are made from the original shoulder straps of the duffel, adding a bold and durable feel that modern materials can’t replicate.

To restore structure to the softened vintage canvas, we’ve reinforced the interior with interfacing.
For the opening, 1990s U.S. military tape is used, with rope inserted inside for added shape and durability. This detail not only enhances the form but will also develop unique fading and texture (“atari”) over time as you use it.
