U.S. Military Duffel Re-make Mini Shoulder Bag
米軍の希少なヴィンテージダッフルバッグを解体し、現代の日常に馴染むミニショルダーバッグへと再構築しました。
使用したのは、推定1940年代頃のヴィンテージファブリック。
長い年月を経て刻まれた色褪せや擦れ、独特の生地の表情は、現代の素材では決して再現できないものです。
年代を示すステンシルは経年によって薄れ、明確な確認には至りませんでしたが、その生地が歩んできた時間そのものが、このバッグの魅力になっています。
フラップには、当時のオーバーロック始末をあえてそのまま活かしたディテールを採用。
フロントに配した “U.S.” のステンシルは、ヴィンテージの雰囲気を損なわないよう、当時のフォントをベースにPPFがオリジナルで製作したものです。
開閉には、独特な形状が特徴の亀の甲ホックを使用。
無骨なミリタリーファブリックに、ヴィンテージらしい存在感を加えています。
底面と内部ポケットには、同年代の異なる生地を組み合わせ、さりげないツートーンのアクセントに。
コンパクトなサイズながら、財布や携帯電話など日常に必要なものをすっきりと収納できます。
ショルダーストラップは長さ調節が可能で、スタイルを選ばずお使いいただける仕様です。

U.S. Military Duffel Re-make Mini Shoulder Bag
A rare vintage U.S. military duffel bag has been carefully deconstructed and rebuilt into a compact shoulder bag designed for everyday use.
The fabric is believed to date from around the 1940s.
Years of fading, wear, stains, and natural aging have created a character that cannot be reproduced with modern materials.
The original stencil markings have faded over time, making it impossible to confirm the exact production date. Still, the traces of its history remain visible throughout the fabric — and that history is what gives this piece its character.
The original overlock finishing on the flap has been intentionally preserved as part of the design.
The “U.S.” stencil on the front is an original PPF detail, recreated from period-correct lettering to complement the vintage military aesthetic.
A distinctive vintage-style “Kame-no-ko” snap button is used for the closure, adding another rugged detail to the piece.
Different vintage fabrics from a similar era are combined on the bottom and inside pocket, creating a subtle two-tone contrast.
Compact yet practical, it comfortably holds everyday essentials such as a wallet and phone.
The adjustable shoulder strap allows it to be worn in different styles.
